Certificate IV in Leadership and Management offers specialisations in promoting positive working environments across all industries.
All businesses need good leaders to inspire employees to want to be their very best to work every day.
A good leader needs to execute effective communication skills to motivate staff which includes having a level of emotional intelligence that employees respect and want to aspire to.
Completing this course will take you to the next level as you develop your style of leadership and make you an employee/employer of choice.
Subsidised training fee is $1,490.

Current Commonwealth concession card holders fee is $745.
Full fee is $3,950.

Day Classes:
10 virtual sessions - every 4 weeks
(9:30am - 12:30pm)
3 face to face assessment workshops
(9:30am - 3:30pm)
Study Commitment:
This is a blended learning program; you will be required to attend face-to-face training sessions. Depending on each student's individual learning needs, a study commitment of up to 10 hours per unit or module may be required involving research, case studies, projects and self-directed learning.
All face-to-face classes are held at Auctus Training Centre in Payneham.
Attendance Requirement:
Our course is very structured and delivered effectively and efficiently. To learn all the skills and knowledge required for a successful outcome, you must be able to maintain your attendance record of at least 80%.
Work Placement & Other Requirements:
You will be required to use your work environment to complete small projects. If you are not currently working simulated environments can be used.
Access to online Auctus resources:
Access to online training and assessment resources is provided for 12 months from the course commencement date free of charge.
Students can request access to the resources beyond 12 months at an additional cost. Please see the fees and payments section on our website for further details.
For Individuals:
To enrol in a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course, a trainee can be employed in a role which offers practical and supervised experience directly related to the qualification. As a trainee, once you have secured your job, you can request for Auctus to be your preferred training provider during the training contract sign-up with your Australian Apprenticeship Centers (AAC) representative.
