    Purpose

    The BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business qualification reflects the role of individuals establishing or carrying on business as a sole trader or contractor, as well as those supporting the establishment of a new venture.

    Course outline & structure

    We provide you with first-class training and student support while you undertake your course. Our hands on industry experts share their knowledge with you validating the accreditation of this course in a practical way.

    After successfully completing this qualification, the individual will:

    • Be able to work effectively with diversity in a business environment
    • Be able to administer projects
    • Have a good understanding of legal and risk implications for a small business
    • Be able to plan small business finances
    • Be able to market a small business
    • Be able to develop an accurate business plan
    • Be able to undertake marketing activities and promote products or services offered by the small business
    • Be able to build and maintain relationships with small business

    To receive the BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business qualification the student must satisfactorily complete 10 units of competency of which 4 are core units and the 6 elective units listed below.

    • Must be over the age of 18 years when your course starts
    • Complete Auctus enrolment process
    • Satisfactory outcome in a suitability assessment interview
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Course Duration & Study Commitment

    Study Commitment:

    This is a blended learning program; you will be required to attend face-to-face training sessions. You should also be able to commit up to 1-2 hours per week of additional study involving research, case studies, projects and self-directed learning.

    All classes are held face-to-face at Auctus Training Centre in Payneham.

     

    Attendance requirement:

    Our course is very structured and delivered effectively and efficiently. To learn all the skills and knowledge required for a successful outcome, you must be able to maintain your attendance record of at least 80%.

     

    Access to online Auctus resources: 

    Access to online training and assessment resources is provided for 12 months from the course commencement date free of charge. 

    Students can request access to the resources beyond 12 months at an additional cost. Please see the fees and payments section on our website for further details.
